When I was
introduced to 'the WEIGHT Works', I had just finished
treatment for Breast Cancer, which had thrust me into early
menopause. I had put on 7kg and couldn't lose it even with starving
myself. When I was introduced to 'the WEIGHT Works' program,
I thought I was going to put on weight, not lose it, as there was a
lot more food than I had been eating. I lost 7kg over 2 months and
I couldn't believe it. I didn't feel hungry anymore. It also made
me realize that my diet before was not well balanced, and I was
missing out on important food groups. I now feel healthy and great.
Friends are commenting on how well I look and I'm even sleeping
better.
I think 'the
WEIGHT Works' should be changed to WWW.
